Returns Policy

Please e-mail info@laweezjewelry for all returns and exchanges in order to receive a Return Authorization number. Please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number.

Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to La Weez Jewelry without a Return Authorization number will be shipped back to the sender.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Common Questions

Q: How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
A: We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery.

Q: How can I exchange an item?
A: If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased, and you will be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping. You can then place a new order. We do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic and international exchanges.

Q: Can I drop off an item in person for a return or exchange?
A: Sorry, we are not accepting drop-offs for any returns or exchanges at this time.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 5 business days of receipt at our studio. We do not cover the cost of shipping.

Q: What items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable?
A: All items marked Final Sale, items on markdown, items paid with store credit, pre-orders, made to order pieces, customized pieces, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales can not be returned.

Repair Policy

If you have a piece of La Weez Jewelry that needs repair please let us know. All jewelry repairs are considered on an individual basis & must be done within 30 days of purchase date.  Email photos, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase to info@laweezjewelry.com and we will let you know if we can repair the item for you. Unfortunately some items can not be repaired.

If the repair is due to a defect in construction, La Weez Jewelry will be happy to repair it at no cost to you.  If the repair is caused by you a repair quote & estimated repair turnaround time will be given. If the repair quote is accepted – payment is due in advance of any repair work being done. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

If damage occurs after the 30-day period it is recommended you take your piece to a local trusted jewelry repair shop.
